Will birds leave a full nest if there are a lot of people around? URGENT!!?

We are having a party this weekend and there will be a lot of people and music, decor, etc. We have a full nest in an artificial planter that is hanging from the over hang of our patio. I am worried that if too much is going on the birds will leave their babies. So far they dont seem to mind a few people around, like my family, but I think thats because they might be used to us. Any help will be much appreciated and thank you in advance. =)
