Jeyes Fluid for Patio - kill cats?

OK I heard (from another yahoo question) that Jeyes Fluid is a good way of killing weeds inbetween my patio stones and also cleaning the stones - the trouble is I have three cats who love rolling around on the patio, will it harm them if I use it or is it safe as long as I leave it a few hours before allowing them out on it?
