How can you get rid a bacteria infection?

Hey i got a new tattoo about 4 days ago. I work with animals so when i had to work this weekend i rapped my tattoo in plastic rap but i also put a sweat band around my wrist. With having the sweat band gave me a bacteria infection in some spots on my tattoo. What can i use to get the bacteria infection to go away but not affect the tattoo?
