A song I heard but don't know what it's called?

I heard this song and I really like it, I never get the time to listen to who its by on the radio and I cant remember any of the lyrics. The only lyrics I can remember is 'Jump, Jump,' and no matter where I search I cant find it. It is a sort of rap music and at the beginning it has a little tune that is easy to remember it by.
