Family won't let me see my dog. What should I do?

If it is not your dog there is not much you can do. Also it seems like the only thing it is lacking is loving environment which is sad. if the dog was getting kicked or not being fed you could report the owners to the RSPCA but since it isn't and it is getting fed there is nothing you can do
