COULD MY DOG HAVE WORMS! PLZ HELP!?

The only way to know for sure is to have a test done on your dogs feces. Take a sample to the vet (keep it refrigerated until you can take it). Even though you didn't see anything in the feces when you looked there could be microscopic parasites in there. Depending on the type of worm your groomer may not have noticed anything unusual. Worms are easily treated with medication, however if left untreated it can be very serious, even fatal.
