Is it really necessary to buy a plane ticket for my daughter? She will be under 2.?

I don't have the money to buy my daughter a plane ticket for a seat and since she is under 2 (shes 21 months for be 2 in sept.) its not required that i buy her one. And last time i flew i always had a seat next to me open in fact they made sure i had a seat for her just in case of an emergency and I'd need the oxygen mask. I fly from SEA (Seattle- Tacoma, Wa) to RAP (Rapid city, SD). Last time there was a ton of turbulence which scared me but everything turned out okay. I didn't take my carseat but this time around i would take just her cosco carseat from wallmart. I'm just wondering if it is "REALLY" necessary to buy a seat.

Can newtons 's first law be deduced from the second law ? explain?

His first law is about inertial property of matter and doesnt deal with external forces and second law is only applicable in the existance of external net force. Both these are extremely different things. You cant derive it from second law.

Backyard Ice Rink Questions?

I know it is only summer, but i want to start planning for a backyard ice rink in the winter. My first question is where can i get a plastic tarp/liner because i don't want to wait for the snow which most likely will not fall until january? I have been on http://www.nicerink.com/liners/ and they have a good selection but it seems somewhat expensive. Also, what would be a good size to play small hockey games on?( I was thinking around 85 feet x 27 feet). My yard is about 92 ft long and 27 ft wide (with about 6 additional feet including a concrete patio). Would it be bad idea to put some of the rink across the patio? Any tips/comments would be appreciated

How to get paid on ebay?

i sold an item of ebay the other day and put it up for auction. also i put it up for buy now. someone bought it now and emailed me about it. on ebay it says im owed 250 and havnt recived it yet but also wont let me make a claim since the auction part of it goes on until may 11. im new to selling on ebay and the buyer tells me his money has been deduced from his account. i shipped it to him so it would make it on time( i dont know if that was a good idea now) and put the tracking number in ebay but still cant get my money. can someone help me?

What can I do when a company does not finish a work that I already paid for?

I contracted a company to build an outside patio at my house.I paid the second half at the second day of work and the were going to come back and finish next morning. They never showed up and I can't get a hold of anyone anymore.

OK I heard (from another yahoo question) that Jeyes Fluid is a good way of killing weeds inbetween my patio stones and also cleaning the stones - the trouble is I have three cats who love rolling around on the patio, will it harm them if I use it or is it safe as long as I leave it a few hours before allowing them out on it?
